How it works

Each side has 8 squares, 4 across and 2 down, and each square is 2.625″ wide by 2.875″ tall. Our masthead and the address panel take 2 of the 16, which leaves 14 for ads.

An ad can be one square or a block of up to 6 open squares, side by side or stacked. Monthly keeps it in the same place on every card until you cancel. One month runs it on a single card.

Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF made at 300 dpi for your block. We look at every ad before it prints, and if something needs changing, we'll tell you what.

Artwork sizes

Each card has an order deadline and a mail date. Your order and artwork are due by the deadline. If your art isn't approved by then, your business name prints in its place.

Then the card goes to the printer, and USPS delivers it to every home on the card's routes.

Cancel a monthly ad from your account anytime. It stays on the cards you've already paid for, then it comes off, and you're not charged again. One month ads don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
